Don’t Take Our Word For It…

One day I was at the summer camp and we were assigned horses. I was assigned Checkers and they switched me on Reno. I knew that Reno was big compared my eight year old body so I was pretty scared. But I walked into his stall and he looked like a sky scraper, he felt that big. I also knew that either I toughen up and face this challenge or I wimp out and ride a different horse. Suddenly, he walked up to me and I reached out my hand to pet him. His pink nose felt soft and I could tell this would be the best ride of my life. Now Reno is my favorite horse in the world I have pictures of me and him all over my room. Also I named my email address after him. Thank you Rita or who ever switched me on to Reno so much because now I know each time I ride him will feel like that day all over again.

There are some people out there that think horses are just a waste of money. But I know that they aren't. Charm (a horse at Hybid) made me realize this. Once you become in love with a horse you feel connected to that one special horse. When you ride that one special horse it feels like nothing else in this world matters. Hybid really is the best place in the world. I also know that you shouldn't just dream, you should go out there and do your dream.

I just have to say Thank you for a wonderful day. I brought 18 girls to the farm and none of them were disappointed. They really enjoyed working with the staff who were absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgable. You can tell they really have a love for the horses. They made every girl feel comfortable with what they were doing and so many girls said they want to come back. Thanks again!
